You can cancel up to 72 hours before check-in for a full refund. Life happens, we get it - but we do need some notice to fill the room.
We're pet-friendly in select suites! There's a small cleaning fee but honestly, we love having furry guests. Just give us a heads up when booking.
All guests get complimentary access to the observatory deck. Guided stargazing tours are extra but totally worth it - our astronomers really know their stuff.
Standard check-in's at 3pm and check-out's at 11am. Need to arrive earlier or leave later? Just ask - we'll do what we can to make it work.
